WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You’ll have experience in the insurance industry or related sectors (banking, eCommerce).
• You’ll be intermediate in SQL, with experience querying databases and working with complex SQL queries.
• You’ll have API knowledge and hands-on experience working with APIs to integrate and enable smooth communication between systems.
• You’ll work closely with clients, Technical Leads, and Product Owners to identify the best-in-class solution to fit the client’s needs, detailing both business and technical requirements to meet the identified solution.
• You’ll plan large backlogs of requirements across vendors/3rd parties and ensure scope is well understood by everyone in the Scrum delivery team.
• You’ll facilitate communication of key development insights and findings to delivery teams, remove impediments, delegate responsibilities, and upskill team members.
• You’ll facilitate workshops to identify requirement gaps and interdependencies between backlog items.
• You’ll evaluate and prepare change reports to highlight the implications of changes required.
• You’ll collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to maximize value in Product Backlog prioritization.
• You’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior stakeholders regarding the implementation of changes.
• You’ll have Agile Delivery methodologies knowledge and may have some understanding of SAFe.
• You’ll be knowledgeable in various management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Trello, and other Agile tools to help manage the backlog and product delivery.
• You will have experience in collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
