About the role We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Digital Banking (Loans & Mortgages) with 6–7 years of experience in the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital banking platforms, particularly across loan and mortgage lifecycles, and will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver compliant, customer-centric digital solutions. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital banking platforms. Work closely with stakeholders across the loan and mortgage lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections. Translate business needs into functional specifications, BRDs, and user stories. Support product owners, delivery teams, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC. Ensure regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements are incorporated into solution design. Participate in workshops and stakeholder discussions to ensure clarity, alignment, and solution accuracy. Requirements 6–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst within Banking & Financial Services. Strong experience in digital banking, with a focus on loans and mortgages. Solid understanding of retail banking processes and customer journeys. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technology teams. Arabic-speaking capability is required/preferred.
