We are looking for a flexible and experienced Business Analyst to provide critical support within the Sanctions domain, with a focus on enabling subject matter experts (SMEs) to dedicate time to DPRRP (Data Protection and Records Retention Program) planning tasks. The consultant will be responsible for backfilling time-bound activities and taking ownership of sanctions-related data deliverables, particularly in support of the Retention and Deletion workstream.
Start: 2025-07-08
End: 2025-11-30 (extension could be possible)
Location: Stockholm, min 2 days/week onsite

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years of project experience, including 1–3 years as a Business Analyst
• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks with limited supervision
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering and managing dynamic requirements
• Proactive communicator with a solution-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies (e.g., process documentation, workflow tools, data management systems)
• Experience in regulatory, financial crime, or data governance environments is a plus
