JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 5-8yrs experience
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct product demos and provide insights on industry best practices.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria for various insurance systems.
• Collaborate with end-users/customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.
• Lead and participate in virtual teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across different geographies.
• Provide input into project planning and actively participate in project execution, ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the system meets the business needs.
• Optionally manage and mentor team members as needed.
