ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a senior analyst to join our team with a culture rooted in kindness, empathy, and product-mindedness on a full-time basis. This position will be focused on helping our centralized analytics team support the business through strategic data analyst, yielding insights and recommendations for the leadership team. Analysts will partner with business stakeholders to gather context, develop hypotheses, and utilize advanced analytics tools to help the business understand “What’s Next?” The Senior Business Analyst is part of a larger analytics team that functions as “internal consultants” for Eleanor Health, serving as experts on the data we collect, the metrics that we manage, and all things measurement.
This role reports to the Manager, Data & Analytics.
We use a variety of exciting technologies at Eleanor Health including Tableau, dbt Cloud, Salesforce, and AthenaHealth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conducting in depth data analyses, including both descriptive and predictive analytics techniques, in order to find opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Documenting insights and recommendations in slides and reports, focused on communicating the story and its quantitative evidence in a digestible format to the leadership team.
  • Building collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to understand their underlying business needs and serve as their trusted advisor on our data.
  • Connect the dots across the business to be able to understand how metrics across the clinical, growth, and financial domains interact and help stakeholders use that data to influence future performance.
  • An eye for data storytelling and visualization that doesn’t “dumb down” the data but instead makes everyone who views it smarter.
  • Work with our analytics engineers to develop requirements for additions to the Data Platform, metrics definitions, and new dashboards.
  • Updating business intelligence dashboards and ad hoc reporting as needed.
