JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the successful execution of projects.

• Translate business needs into clear and actionable goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in business process modeling tools and techniques.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and enterprise software solutions.
• Experience in conducting UAT and system testing.
