Job Description About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to support the Supply Chain Department with high-impact financial and operational insights. In this role, you will act as a critical link between finance and business operations, driving data-based decision-making and supporting Enpal’s strategic growth. You will take ownership of financial analyses, performance tracking, and forecasting activities while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and experienced in financial modeling, budgeting, and performance management. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Reporting Conduct in-depth financial analysis (including CM1 cost components) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for internal and external stakeholders. Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to guide strategic and operational decisions. Build dashboards and KPIs to enhance transparency and real-time visibility across the Supply Chain organization. Budgeting & Forecasting Lead quarterly and annual budgeting processes in collaboration with business teams. Analyze and explain variances between actuals and budget/forecast, highlighting performance drivers. Support scenario planning, sensitivity analyses, and modeling for strategic initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, ensuring strong alignment between financial objectives and operational activities. Provide financial guidance, recommendations, and insights to senior leadership. Present complex financial topics in a clear, structured, and compelling manner. Process Optimization Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in financial planning and reporting. Support the rollout and optimization of financial tools and systems to increase automation and data reliability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain finance landscape. Qualifications Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial analysis, controlling, FP&A, or business analysis—ideally within renewable energy, technology, or fast-growing operational environments. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency Experience with ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics) Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset 💰 Salary: €1,996,306 gross/year ⏰ Hours: 08:00–17:00 (Mon–Fri) Additional Information At Enpal we are proud of the diversity of our team.
