On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Analyst - Enterprise Commons Human Resources for a long-term role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - ENTERPRISE COMMONS HUMAN RESOURCES - JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the development and implementation of the new Enterprise Commons (SAP SuccessFactors) software suite. This role involves strategic business analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure successful project execution and business transformation.

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - ENTERPRISE COMMONS HUMAN RESOURCES - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Minimum eight years of experience in Business Analysis with SAP implementations.
  • Proficiency in Workforce Software, AspireHR, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft 365).
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in enterprise-level project planning in a policing/paramilitary organization.

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - ENTERPRISE COMMONS HUMAN RESOURCES – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience using PeopleSoft, Org Plus, CARM, or similar systems.
  • Professional Designation in Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA).
  • Training in IT strategy design from a post-secondary institution.
  • Proficiency with Google applications and collaboration tools like Smartsheet.
Responsibilities
  • Provide expert enterprise analysis and business process transformation capabilities to identify requirements and define solutions.
  • Offer an enterprise-wide view of all Human Resources related Enterprise Commons initiatives.
  • Prepare project documentation such as business cases, RFPs, DRs, CRs, and more.
  • Author and assist in creating deliverables like business requirements, process models, and user guides.
  • Conduct tests and log defects in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Validate converted data from legacy systems to SAP during various project phases.
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
  • Advise business areas on information technology solutions for efficiency improvements.
