The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to monitor and assess system performance, implement and maintain Conceptual data modelling, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and support improvement initiatives.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

Participate actively in project teams and mentor staff to enhance data quality. Prioritize the safety of colleagues, the public, and the environment in all tasks. Manage conflicts, manage scope, manage requirements communications and to maintain knowledge for future use.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be involved in systematic review and documentation of business’s goals, functions, and processes, along with the supporting information and data. This includes defining requirements to improve processes, reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and quantify benefits. It involves creating and iterating specifications and acceptance criteria for deploying information systems, using either predictive (plan-driven) or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches based on the context.
