We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic and data-driven team. This role blends the responsibilities of commercial analysis and data-driven business development, providing a unique opportunity to drive strategic decisions through insights and analytics. You will work closely with the Nordic management team and play a pivotal role in empowering the B2B organization with actionable insights.
The role will be part of a Nordic team of five people, and reports to Senior Manager, Business Development Enterprise Customers. The position is based in Espoo, but expect to cooperate with stakeholders across the Nordics. We are looking for someone with a few years of relevant experience, excels at the intersection of data and business, and is familiar with programming language like SQL or Python and visualization tools like PowerBI.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Higher relevant education, preferably in technology or economics, with an emphasis on quantitative subjects.
• 2-5 years work experience in relevant field, with proven track-record of driving business growth or enhancing collaboration through commercial analysis.
• Strong expertise in SQL. Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g. Python) with experience in Databricks is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Power BI. Advanced DAX, M-languages and data modeling is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish.
