IT Resourcing at Ergo are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a large public sector client based in Dublin city centre. This is a contract day rate role for an intial 12 months and requires 2 days working onsite each week.

• Analyse business goals, services, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Define how technology supports business objectives and validate requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop business models.
• Create functional design documents aligned with business needs.
• Prepare specifications and manage solution development and implementation.Liaise with management to support process and organisational change.
