As a Senior Business Analyst ERP, you will be a key player in bridging Finance and Tech, ensuring seamless financial data management within our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central). You will drive data accuracy, reporting improvements, and finance-tech collaboration, supporting our financial operations and process automation. This position is unlimited and located in Munich or Warsaw.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• analyse and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data within our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making
• act as the primary interface between Finance and Tech, ensuring seamless data flow across systems and optimizing efficient end-to-end business processes and user flows
• lead and manage finance-related Tech projects as Finance DRI in collaboration with Tech product management, including the migration from legacy ERP systems to our new ERP landscape
• capture and translate user requirements, plan and oversee user acceptance testing, manage data migration, and coordinate hyper care activities
• work closely with Finance teams (Accounting, FP&A, Tax, etc.) to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• provide support for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• serve as a key contact for auditors on finance system-related topics
