Description

Description Act as the primary liaison between Technology and internal stakeholders across multiple business units, ensuring clear, consistent communication and alignment. Facilitate business discovery and requirements sessions, ensuring stakeholders clearly define what is needed and why, while avoiding prescriptive technical solutions. Hold business stakeholders accountable for providing complete, prioritized, and outcome-based requirements. Document and maintain clear, structured business and functional requirements that accurately reflect business needs and can be translated into technical specifications. Translate business objectives, workflows, and constraints into requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams. Evangelize technology methodologies and operating practices and establish clear communication and feedback channels. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and expectations. Support backlog refinement and prioritization by ensuring requirements are complete, validated, and ready for implementation. Manage requirement changes, dependencies, and risks to maintain clarity and alignment throughout delivery. Validate delivered solutions against documented requirements to ensure business objectives are met. Serve as an ongoing point of accountability for requirement quality, stakeholder alignment, and communication effectiveness.
