FedTec is seeking Business Analyst

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Business Analyst or a Senior Technical Specialist who can work with the state team and undertake duties as an expert-level business analyst and tester for enterprise on-premises and cloud applications. The consultant will lead efforts to enhance enterprise system(s)/sub-system(s) changes by performing detailed analysis, functional design, and testing activities and support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the program Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs). The work primarily involves facilitation and leading of Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with SMEs from program and technical teams to ensure their requirements are met.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

· Fifteen (15) years in project work and technical writing to include: detailed analysis, development and maintenance of business requirements, technical requirements, use cases and design documents.
· Fifteen (15) years’ experience in project work in the Business Progress Reengineering (BPR) arena; at least ten (10) years of said experience must have been mapping the current state of a business process and analyzing the business process to find gaps.
· Fifteen (15) years’ experience in project work in facilitating Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with project Subject Matter Experts and other technical staff.
· Must have a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in Oracle 11g, Oracle 19C writing and troubleshooting SQL code to design back-end queries for data set-up and verification.
· Ten (10) years’ experience performing system test duties; writing scripts, executing scripts, creating test cases and test data, reviewing test results; also assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
· Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and BI reports in Power BI Platform.
· Experience with Figma, Microsoft Visio.
· Experience with Service Now, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence and qTest.
· Experience working with public pension systems or experience with Governmental Retirement Benefits and Health Programs functions.

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
