FinXL IT is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team and work with a leading financial services organisation on high-impact initiatives in Capital Markets, Wholesale Banking, and Private Equity/Credit.
We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, business process, and financial products, with the ability to dive into SQL-based data analysis and shape solutions that deliver measurable value.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and define business and data requirements across Capital and Wholesale banking domains.
• Analyse large and complex data sets using SQL to support reporting, insights, and decision-making.
• Support initiatives in Private Equity and Private Credit operations, focusing on deal lifecycle, investor reporting, and risk.
• Document business processes, data flows, and functional requirements using industry-standard tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to deliver impactful solutions.
