KEY REQUIREMENTS

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re urgently seeking a Lead/Senior Business Analyst to join one of Australia’s largest insurance groups. This contract opportunity is perfect for a seasoned BA with deep domain experience in insurance and strong exposure to Guidewire (BillingCentre & PolicyCentre), regulatory projects, and cloud migration initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation across complex transformation projects
• Act as the liaison between business and technical teams to drive alignment and ensure clarity
• Engage with stakeholders to translate regulatory and system migration needs into actionable outcomes
• Support the migration of key systems to the cloud, ensuring business continuity and compliance
• Deliver high-quality artefacts including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and traceability matrices
• Contribute to solution design workshops and testing strategies
• Ensure alignment across teams and support decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle
