Job Description The Senior Business Analyst, FP&A Insights & Analytics plays a critical role in transforming financial data into actionable business insights. This role focuses on optimizing planning, forecasting, and reporting processes and developing advanced analytics solutions through Power BI and other visualization tools. The analyst collaborates closely with FP&A, Operations, and Technology to ensure the delivery of reliable data, scalable models, and impactful reporting aligned with business strategy. Finance Insights & Reporting Own the development of executive-level dashboards and scorecards using Power BI. Support leadership with insights for performance, trends, and operational metrics. Translate complex findings into business-ready insights. Data Governance & Quality Assurance Establish validation rules, reconciliation processes, and metadata governance. Ensure consistent alignment of data across planning, ERP, and BI layers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration or equivalent; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years in FP&A, Business Finance, or Analytics. Expertise in Power BI including DAX, dataflows, and modeling. Experience with Qlik, Looker, or other analytics tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience with predictive analytics or statistical modeling. SQL, Python, R, or cloud platforms (Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery). Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, or Oracle Cloud. Experience presenting insights to senior leadership. Understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and operational KPIs. Knowledge of SaaS Hosting Platforms and cost components such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google GCP
