Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with proven experience in the gambling, iGaming, or sports betting sector. In this strategic consulting role, you will bridge business objectives and technology delivery, ensuring that platform enhancements, regulatory initiatives, and operational improvements translate into measurable business value. You will engage directly with stakeholders across Product, Compliance, Technology, and Operations, driving requirement clarity, process optimisation, and data-backed decision-making. Note: All applications/CV’s must be submitted in English. Key Responsibilities Lead business process analysis and optimisation across gaming, betting, payments, and customer engagement. Capture and document business and functional requirements for platform improvements, regulatory compliance, and system integrations. Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment. Perform impact assessments, gap analyses, and feasibility evaluations for platform upgrades or vendor integrations. Analyse system interfaces, data flows, and API interactions between internal and third-party platforms (sportsbook, casino, CRM, payments). Define data and reporting requirements, collaborating with analytics teams to establish KPIs and monitoring frameworks. Support data-driven decision-making by tracking key industry metrics: GGR, NGR, ARPU, churn, retention, and LTV. Coordinate UAT processes, ensuring requirement traceability and solution validation. Ensure alignment with regulatory and responsible gambling standards across all business initiatives. Requirements for the role Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a similar field. 6+ years in Business Analysis, including 3+ years in gambling/iGaming/sports betting. Proven track record in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment for large-scale platform or operational initiatives. Strong understanding of gambling operations: player lifecycle, payments, CRM, marketing, risk, and retention strategies. Experience with Agile delivery models and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Ability to interpret business metrics and convert insights into action plans. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and prioritisation skills in a regulated environment.
