On the BA team, you will be integral to our company's growth through the insights you uncover and the thoughtful recommendations you make. You know and love working with analytic tools, can write excellent SQL and scripts, have strong statistical skills, are very effective and efficient at crafting visual dashboards, and can utilise your technical skills and creative perspective to drive product strategy, reduce customer attrition, and find new revenue opportunities. You will collaborate across product, engineering, finance, operations, and executive leadership to shape data-informed strategies, define success metrics, and enable smarter, faster decisions. Drive Business Growth Through Analytics: Understand GoDaddy's business objectives, develop analytical requirements, and provide data-driven answers and recommendations to optimize business performance and improvement initiatives Transform Data into Strategic Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify actionable insights, suggest experimentation ideas, and influence business direction by effectively communicating findings through storytelling to global cross-functional teams Lead AI-Powered Business Intelligence Adoption: Champion implementation of AI-driven BI platforms, natural language query tools, and automated dashboards while ensuring unbiased use of AI recommendations and maintaining data integrity Develop End-to-End Data Solutions: Build comprehensive analytics solutions from dataset design to enterprise-wide dashboards and custom reporting, while performing large-scale analysis and developing models for segmentation, classification, optimization, and customer behavior Create Impactful Visualizations and Collaborate: Build dynamic, rich dashboards using advanced BI tools with easy-to-understand visualizations, and work collaboratively with analyst teams to collect and disseminate company performance insights across multiple reporting platforms Your experience should include... 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or data-driven roles (experience in tech, SaaS, or digital-first companies preferred) Strong proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and modern AI/ML-enhanced analytics platforms Familiarity with generative AI, natural language processing, and predictive modeling Proven skills in storytelling and communication abilities, adept at influencing senior leadership Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and work across diverse teams You might also have...
