Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a 6 month contract in Guelph.
This is a hybrid role.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must Have
General Skills:
Experience conducting requirements gathering, developing user stories, Epics and Features including presentations and briefing notes and conducting stakeholder engagement
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
Desirable Skills:
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
Experience tight timelines gathering end user requirements and documenting in DevOPS user stories with acceptance criterion and logic details
Ability to translate business and data requirements into specifications sufficient for developers to develop those user stories
Experience developing performance measures for business analysis evaluation and subsequent follow-up
Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
