Description

What you'll be doingLead requirements workshops and discovery sessions with business, store operations and technology stakeholders
Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows and acceptance criteria
Map current and future-state processes and identify gaps, configuration requirements and potential customisation
Work closely with architects and engineering teams throughout solution design
Manage requirements traceability from discovery through build, testing and go-live
Support SIT and UAT, including test scenarios, acceptance criteria and defect triage
Manage and refine requirements within an Agile delivery environment
Support business readiness, training and change activities
Build strong relationships across both technical and non-technical stakeholder groups
What we're looking for5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst delivering enterprise technology projects
Strong retail technology experience, ideally across POS, checkout or store systems
Understanding of retail processes including payments, promotions, loyalty and inventory
Strong requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation and process mapping skills
Experience producing user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria
Experience supporting SIT/UAT and working closely with engineering and QA teams
Agile delivery experience and familiarity with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
