What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex technology or transformation environments
• Excellent knowledge of IT Systems Development Lifecycles and Agile delivery methodology
• Strong experience eliciting, documenting and managing business, functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience working with business SMEs and IT teams to analyse requirements and identify underlying business needs
• Strong process mapping capability, including as-is and to-be process design
• Knowledge of BPMN, data analysis and modelling
• Experience using process modelling and requirements management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to support testing, UAT, implementation, user manuals and training activities
• Ability to work with and guide junior team members where required
• Ability to obtain Baseline security clearance

What you'll get in return

You will be offered an initial 6-month contract with a 6-month extension option. The role is full-time, up to 40 hours per week, and will operate on a hybrid 50/50 onsite and remote working model.
