Description
  • What you'll doWork as part of the program team, alongside embedded specialist colleagues, to support the delivery of cards migration activities
  • Analyse, document and validate business and technical requirements across a changing, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Identify gaps, risks and unspoken needs, and take ownership of closing them rather than waiting to be asked
  • Support planning, testing, cutover and readiness activities with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness
  • Build strong working relationships across business, technology and partner teams


  • What you'll bringA proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in highly complex and fast-changing environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic and a sense of ownership
  • Financial institution experience, particularly large banking-environment (essential)
  • Previous migration experience, whether card, scheme or data (highly desirable)
