JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Healthcare to join our digital health team. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams by bringing clinical domain expertise, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare interoperability and regulatory frameworks. You will lead discovery, design, and delivery of healthcare solutions tailored to customer needs and market demands.

1. BUSINESS & CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS

• Lead discovery sessions with healthcare providers, payers, and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business, clinical, and operational requirements.
• Translate clinical and regulatory requirements into structured functional specifications and workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, health informatics, or business analysis; clinical background is a plus.
• 5+ years in business analysis roles within healthcare technology, consulting, or provider organizations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), clinical workflows, and payer-provider integrations.
• Experience writing clear, actionable documentation for cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and Microsoft Office.
