REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • 2–3 years of PBM knowledge – strong understanding of pharmacy benefits & PBM operations
  • FACETS expertise (eligibility, accumulators); NASCO experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in team settings
  • Prior healthcare industry experience is required

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • OR 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in healthcare, PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management), and FACETS to support our business and technology initiatives. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, documented, and implemented.
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $45/hour (W2)
Duration: 12 Months (with potential extension)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate needs into system specifications.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT): prepare test plans, track issues, and coordinate resolution.
  • Analyze system processes and recommend improvements.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve defects or gaps.
  • Prepare project documentation, requirements deliverables, and reports.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
