Job Summary: Join HUB24 as a Project Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract (with potential to extend), where you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic business projects that drive meaningful outcomes across the organisation. You'll be the link between business functions and project delivery teams, ensuring business needs are understood and met on time. Responsibilities: Lead business analysis across project discovery, planning, and delivery phases Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document project artefacts Define and document business requirements with SMEs Support change management activities including impact assessments and readiness planning Contribute to continuous improvement of project services and tools Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including Product, Operations, Technology, and external partners Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology or related field 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in wealth management (wrap platform experience preferred) Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in MS Office (Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Experience in large-scale transformation projects Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills Self-starter with a positive attitude The Recruitment Process Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.
