• Documentation: Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation of processes, systems, and project deliverables.
• Data Analysis: Analyse operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Project Co-ordination: Manage small to medium-sized technical projects, working closely with the Revenue Systems team to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure operational alignment and consistency.
• Process improvement: Identify areas of inefficiency and recommend system or process changes to increase productivity and revenue outcomes.
• Tool Optimisation: Help optimise the use of RevOps tools and platforms, ensuring that users are getting the maximum benefit from them.
