As a Senior Business Analyst in the Data Protection team, you will have a key role in building the processes and solutions that enable the bank to protect the rights of our customers and employees, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

We are seeking an experienced driven and motivated person to support GDPR compliance and a belief in treating personal data with utmost respect and attention. Furthermore, we are looking for someone with:

• +4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Understanding of the data lifecycle, including the management, storage, archiving, and deletion of application-related data, as well as the governance of data outside application
• Experience with supporting the development or integration of technical tools in complex organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and present information accurately and in detail
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, alongside change management capabilities
• Experience in creating documentation such as Business Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
• Proficiency in presentation tools, particularly PowerPoint

• Develop and implement data protection processes, technical solutions, and governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance
• Translate data privacy needs into clear business requirements and user stories to support with technical implementation of data privacy tools
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to clarify and deliver business requirements from regulatory and end-user perspectives
• Facilitate workshops with Legal, Compliance, and technical and non-technical subject-matter experts across various business units
• Translate complex concepts into clear visual representations, such as process diagrams or presentations, to support product, process, and tool development
• Formalize new workflows and controls in Standard Operating Procedures and Business Procedures
• Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations that strengthen data protection strategies
• Plan, conduct and coordinate functional testing in collaboration with developers, identifying and reporting issues, and supporting solution development
