Job Description We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Risk Management team, acting as a key link between Business Operations and IT. In this role, you will help ensure strong collaboration across teams, translating business needs into effective, sustainable solutions. You will contribute to shaping and implementing improvements driven by market changes, internal initiatives, and user needs, while considering strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Understand and analyse business needs arising from market changes, internal initiatives, or user feedback, proposing solutions aligned with organizational strategy Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse incidents, identify root causes, and implement solutions to reduce impact and prevent recurrence Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, fostering an inclusive and respectful working environment Contribute to test planning, execution, and validation of results, including participation in migration activities Propose and enhance control frameworks to ensure data quality and process integrity Support the implementation of new features and improvements in production environments Qualifications Experience working at the intersection of Business and IT Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to facilitate collaboration and encourage diverse perspectives in problem-solving English – Advanced Portuguese – Fluent Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Strong project management skills Effective communication and collaboration with people across different functions and levels Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate evolving business needs Additional Information Compensation: EUR 38000 - EUR 50000 - yearly
