DESCRIPTION:

This role will be responsible for the collection and documentation of requirements for deploying NetDocuments (legal document management system) to multiple Legal teams and for the migration of their documents to NetDocuments. The candidate is a change agent and a technologist with an understanding of document management systems and has experience with data mapping and data/document migrations. The candidate can elicit and comprehend complex business process discussions and successfully collaborate cross functionally between legal teams and technology service providers. The candidate is conversationally savvy, yet also a perfectionist when documenting requirements and performing testing. The candidate knows how to manipulate and evaluate data via Excel.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in document management or related business, preferably legal, system rollouts
• Experience with eliciting requirements from teams, preferably from legal teams
• Participation in a full range of testing activities (functional testing, user acceptance testing, integration testing, data migration)
• Identifying change management requirements and opportunities
• At least 5 years as a business analyst in or for large companies
• Preferred expertise with legal technologies

• Exemplary communications skills
