JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst Level 3 to support a critical modernization project. This role will focus on modernizing legacy mainframe applications and implementing SaaS solutions, Salesforce, and an Enterprise Data Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder collaboration, with extensive experience in software development projects within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Support the modernization of legacy mainframe applications and implementation of new enterprise solutions.
• Facilitate the elicitation and documentation of business and functional requirements for software development projects.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and define technology specifications.
• Assist in the design and validation of system functionality, including prototyping and data modeling.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of key business drivers and industry best practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and document system corrections.
• Lead user acceptance testing, training, and implementation-related activities.
