Job Responsibilities 1. Engage with customers to understand business goals, challenges, and system requirements. 2. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process flows. 3. Support presales with requirement discovery, functional demos, and proposal inputs. 4. Collaborate with solution architects and consultants to design and validate solutions (e.g., SugarCRM, Monday.com). 5. Coordinate project deliverables and own Analysis, QA, UAT, and Training SDLC stages, to ensure solution quality and business fit. 6. Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence for sprint planning, tracking, and documentation. 7. Support change management and user adoption. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 2. 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in CRM, ERP, or SaaS implementations. 3. Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent English communication and stakeholder management abilities. 5. Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence. 6. Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced consulting environment. 7. Postman experience is advantageous. Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst will engage with customers to understand their goals and requirements, translating these needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. This role also involves supporting presales activities and coordinating project deliverables through the Analysis, QA, UAT, and Training stages of the SDLC.
