Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible to design, manage, harmonize, and phase out IT services, and processes within one or more segments. You will work closely in a Agile organization, and with other experts to achieve a common goal. This involves the implementation of the following activities :

  • Conduct data analysis and interviews, and implement measurement tools to gain insights on enhancing the customer experience. You confirm that all proposed improvements and solutions are supported by data;
  • Enhance processes to be customer-centric, maximizing value for both customers and the business;
  • Develop and implement the customer journey strategy, manage stakeholder relationships, and define the product/service, process, and channel policies in accordance with external regulations and risk and compliance guidelines;
  • Gain comprehensive insight into the customer journey by tracking customer satisfaction, availability, costs/revenue, and process quality;
  • Utilize your expertise to develop new techniques, set new monitoring standards for the organization, innovate new products and processes, and enhance existing ones;
  • Leverage your specialized distribution knowledge to create and refine distribution practices that establish market standards;
  • Potentially serve as an external speaker and contribute to industry knowledge.
