YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You act as the central point of contact for our corporate countries within the international damage department You use data-driven analyses to identify root causes, drive operational performance, and uncover development opportunities You monitor and manage KPI performance across assigned markets, ensuring transparency and timely follow-up You coordinate strategic and operational initiatives, from requirement definition to rollout and automation (e.g., RPA) You collaborate closely with IT, controlling, and cross-functional task forces to optimize workflows and resolve support requests You drive continuous process improvement and knowledge transfer across the international damage network.
