The Role

Tranzformd is a management consulting and program delivery organisation that leverages our extensive network of highly motivated, skilled and experienced professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes for enterprise organisations.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst on a 9-month max term contract to work with one of our Financial Services Clients in Brisbane. You will join their technology delivery team, supporting a portfolio of software, integration and digital initiatives.

The successful candidate needs to be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, developers and technical leads to take loosely defined problems or requirements and turn them into something clear, structured and ready for delivery.

Initial work may span payment integrations, automation initiatives, data and AI capabilities, in-house platform development, system integrations and ongoing platform enhancements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working with business stakeholders, developers and technical leads to clarify problems and requirements, validate feasibility and ensure they are ready for delivery.
• Translating requirements into clear user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitating workshops and working sessions to resolve ambiguity and progress decisions.
• Supporting backlog refinement, prioritisation and sprint planning.
• Analysing existing processes, systems, integrations and data flows.
• Defining integration requirements, business rules, exceptions and dependencies.
