We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Business Analyst to join our ICT team and play a key role in shaping the future of our technology and business transformation initiatives.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will lead business analysis activities across a diverse portfolio of projects and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance customer and business outcomes.

• Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance customer and business outcomes
• Provide expert guidance on requirements gathering, process improvement, solution design, testing and stakeholder engagement
• Work closely with business leaders, operational teams, project managers, solution partners and technology specialists
• Mentor analysts and strengthen business analysis capability
• Contribute to the development of frameworks, methodologies and tools that support successful project delivery
