Monex USA is looking for a bright, inquisitive, skilled, and highly motivated senior business analyst to join our IT team to analyze and document product solutions for evolving needs and business processes. This role supports our internal teams and IT software application users. The candidate will gather sufficient details from the business to understand the goals they are trying to meet, analyze current process and system requirements, and document user stories for the software development team. Candidates MUST be able to commute to the DC office. During the first 90 days we ask new employees to work out of the DC office full-time as they get acclimated with the company. After 90 days, we currently operate on a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office. Responsibilities: Clearly document Agile user stories, business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications. Work closely with key stakeholders in Sales, Operations, Dealing, Compliance, Marketing and IT teams to determine and align business objectives and success factors. Identify inefficiencies, recommend optimizations, and drive digital transformation. Assist management in prioritizing projects based on overall impact in revenue generation, cost savings, or client experience. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Manage business, IT and executive stakeholder requirements to help evolve a global technology platform for the Monex group. Support IT projects, conduct UAT, and ensure compliance with regulations. Assist in planning, tracking, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Maintain development priorities with development vendors. Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively organize, collaborate and communicate across functional and technical lines. Proven ability to elicit business requirements directly from Sales and other business areas. Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Ability to commute to the DC office (full time during the first 90 days, and 3 days per week thereafter). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in core banking, payments or foreign exchange Product management experience Experience with Microsoft 365, Salesforce and Jira Scrum master experience Key Interfaces: All Monex USA staff Global Monex staff in Europe and Mexico Department Vendors Clients Compensation: The annual salary range is $115,000 to $140,000 based on experience with a 10% annual bonus.
