REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven ability to collaborate with clients to elicit and document business and technical requirements.
  • Skilled in business analysis techniques, including identifying problems, opportunities, and recommending data-driven solutions.
  • Experience assessing business needs and proposing process improvements or system enhancements.
  • Experience managing or coordinating projects using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Ability to lead process re-engineering efforts.
  • Skilled in team coordination and resource management.
  • Experience supporting the rollout and adoption of business solutions.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and generate visualizations or dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Familiarity with change management principles to drive adoption.
  • Ability to create training materials and conduct end-user or internal staff training.

  • Cultivates a culture of openness and transparency among BA’s, encouraging feedback and iterative improvements through effective communication channels.
  • Facilitates workshops and drives the communication strategy during critical project phases to maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Leads pre-sales engagements, crafting comprehensive proposals and leading client presentations.
  • Strategizes sales and marketing to align business analysis services with market needs.
  • Contributes to the BA value, deliverables, and timeline during bids and statements of work, ensuring that client expectations are setaccurately from the beginning.
  • Develops and leads mentoring programs, offering career development advice and promoting professional growth.
  • Provides guidance on using tools and techniques effectively, supporting less experienced BAs in their professional development
