2 x Ongoing Full-time positions Shape future systems and processes for NSWEC and drive fit-for-purpose solutions About the Role The Senior Business Analyst role translates complex business needs and requirements into technical and practical solutions that align with NSWEC’s business goals and objectives. Driving evidence-based decision making and leading complex analysis, you will have strong communication, collaborative and analytical skills as you will be building and engaging with key internal and external stakeholders, identifying opportunities, recommendations and assisting with the enhancement and overall delivery of a business outcome or solution. This is a full-time ongoing position. There are two (2) positions available. About the NSW Electoral Commission The New South Wales Electoral Commission delivers trusted and independent systems, processes, oversight and engagement that support democracy in New South Wales. Our work includes: Running and regulating elections Communicating and engaging with current and future voters, key NSW community stakeholders and NSW election participants; and Investigating possible offences and enforcing electoral and lobbying laws such as the Electoral Act 2017 and the Electoral Funding Act 2018. Comprehensive knowledge of technology, business systems and the IT Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners. Satisfactory criminal Record check result.
