Are you a strategic Business Analyst with a passion for improving public services through user research, data modeling, and digital-first methodologies? This hybrid role (3 days onsite in Toronto , 2 days remote) is an opportunity to support long-term care initiatives by conducting user-centric discovery, documenting high-quality requirements, and applying service design best practices as outlined by the Ontario Design System and Service Design Playbook.
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst for a contract term of 8 months, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize healthcare and inspections systems, enabling cost-effective, accessible, and compliant service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of PHIPA compliance for healthcare system development
Experience supporting digital assessments and agile delivery checkpoints
Familiarity with cloud-based solution implementations
Understanding of data quality, access, and de-identification best practices
Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams with clear documentation and demos
