Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Business Analyst is a key contributor to the Information Technology division’s delivery capability, supporting high-impact initiatives that advance the organisation’s strategic priorities. You will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions, facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams, and support User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions achieve intended outcomes. This role requires a commitment to service excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering value across complex projects.

As the Senior Business Analyst, you will:

  • Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements that enable high-impact projects across the organisation.
  • Provide input and analysis to support business cases for strategic initiatives, driving measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging existing systems or implementing new solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Collect, analyse, and document business and functional requirements to guide solution design and delivery.
  • Design solutions that align with organisational priorities and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Prepare test plans, user guides, and communications to support User Acceptance Testing and successful solution adoption.
  • Provide clear, plain-language guidance on technical issues to business and non-technical stakeholders.
