WHO WE ARE
Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system. We connect people, communities and industry every day.
At NSW TrainLink, we help connect passengers all over NSW and beyond. Our regional network of trains and coaches provide valuable links between regional and metropolitan centres across NSW and between neighbouring states and territories.
Our services support thriving regional communities and economies by helping people access the things that are important to them, and by bringing visitors to our stunning regions.
In this important position, you will work as part of NSW TrainLink’s new Enterprise Agreement program team, to identify, shape and document business requirements across a program of changes.
You’ll proactively manage scope boundaries and handle ambiguity by validating needs through workshops, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
As part of a dedicated project team, a key part of your work will involve building rapport and maintaining strong, productive relationships with a large and complex group of stakeholders.
Additionally, you’ll review complex industrial documentation to extract relevant information and convert it into meaningful, actionable business deliverables.
You will help plan and execute key activities such as process redesign, defining training requirements, and assessing change impacts. You’ll also ensure traceability of requirements through delivery, supporting governance and change control as solution design evolves.
This role is initially offered as a fixed term contract until 30/04/2026. We are open to applicants throughout NSW who can attend a Metropolitan or Regional office 2-3 days a week.
