Role Description The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting product management initiatives by translating business needs into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. This part-time hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders, and preparing business cases and plans that support strategic decisions. The Senior Business Analyst will document processes, develop reports and dashboards, and help optimize customer and member experiences with NWA PMG programs and services. The role also involves facilitating communication across teams, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and contributing to the development and refinement of product management best practices.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess business performance, and generate meaningful insights.
Experience in Business Planning and Business analysis to develop business cases, proposals, and strategic recommendations.
Excellent Communication skills for presenting findings, facilitating discussions, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Customer Service orientation to understand stakeholder needs, improve member experiences, and support community engagement.
Background in product management, business analysis, or related fields; experience with professional guilds, associations, or training organizations is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline; advanced certifications in business analysis or product management are beneficial.
Proficiency with analytical and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, reporting tools) and comfort working in hybrid environments.
Ability to work independently, manage part-time schedules effectively, and operate with integrity in a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture.
