    Hej!
We invite you to step into a world where creativity meets functionality, innovation is a way of life, and every day is an opportunity to make an impact.
At Operations Center, we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our leadership team – playing a crucial role in shaping the future of technology and business in our transformation journey.
Operations Center defines and leads service, product and technology strategies for IT Operations, including Business Process Monitoring.
Our mission is to ensure the reliability and availability of digital products and services across the IKEA landscape. We achieve this through observability, monitoring and reporting of our business-critical flows, supported with 24/7 operations and best practices in Service Continuity and Major Incident Management.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you excel at transforming consumer needs and data into actionable insights, driving value-driven deliveries, improvements, and large-scale transformations. Using data, automation, and advanced analytics, you enhance IT Operations with high-quality services, products, and practices.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with Central Business Teams, Product Owners, Engineers, Suppliers, and stakeholders to create scalable, standardized solutions across the IKEA value chain.
To succeed in this role, you bring:

    • Strong ability to capture, interpret, and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

    • Deep knowledge of analytics, IT Operations, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
    • Experience in process mapping, dashboards, reporting, and agile development.
    • Excellent communication skills—translating complex concepts into clear insights for both technical and business audiences.
    • A proactive mindset, continuously improving methods, processes, and performance.
      Key qualifications & experience:

      • Formal education in statistics, MBA, or equivalent.

      • 5+ years in analytics, business requirements, and technology transformation.
      • Strong experience in forecasting, predictive modeling, PowerBI or similar tools and advanced MS Excel.
      • Expertise in ITIL4, SAFe, SRE, and agile methodologies.
      • Experience in 24/7 service delivery, Business Process Monitoring, and ServiceNow is a merit.

      QUESTIONS AND SUPPORT? LET’S CONNECT!

This role will be based in Helsingborg, Sweden, and will report to the Service Manager of the Operations Center. It is expected that this role requires some travel between the different Digital Hubs.
In this recruitment there is no relocation support provided by Ingka, hence we are looking for people already living in or within commuting distance of the mentioned location.
In line with our value of togetherness we believe the best way for us to collaborate and co-create is when we meet in the office. This is why we expect you to spend the majority of time in the office.
We’re looking forward to your application!

      Responsibilities

As Senior Business Analyst, you lead initiatives that enhance efficiency and quality within the Operations Center, aligning analysis, reporting, and tools with industry best practices and business needs.
