More about this Ozow fantastic position We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and help shape innovative payment solutions. You will bring expertise in card-based and alternative payment systems, combining strong product strategy skills with technical insight. In this role, you’ll lead requirements gathering, facilitate workshops, and define business metrics and acceptance criteria for our core payment platform and related products. Working in an agile, fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure clarity, prioritize requirements, and resolve conflicts quickly. Your role and responsibilities Requirements Analysis & Documentation Understand user stories and participate in requirements analysis Be responsible for ensuring requirements are approved and signed off by relevant stakeholders Understand the project scope and key deliverables Collaborate with other business areas to analyse and deliver the relevant artefacts required for the project Stakeholder Management & Communication Build and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders Proactively communicate progress, risks, assumptions, and dependencies Be the liaison between the business, the Product Owner, and the Technical Teams Project Delivery & Coordination Understand the interdependency of work items and teams Ensure project initiatives are implemented within the given timeframe Process Improvement & Quality Assurance Conduct gap analysis to identify and present recommendations to improve solutions and business processes Perform user acceptance testing to ensure business requirements have been met Training & Knowledge Sharing Compile training packs and provide training to stakeholders where required You are an ideal candidate if you have 6+ years working as a Business Analyst. Must have relevant Diploma or Degree. Experience working with agile methodologies – a true believer. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Tenacity and drive are vital qualities. Experience of payment technology implementations would be beneficial.
