JOB TITLE: SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST – DEVELOP AND DRIVE STRATEGIC BUSINESS DECISIONS FOR A GLOBAL LEADER IN HIGH-SPEED AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a passion for streamlining processes and solving complex integration challenges. You will drive the connection between CAD and our ERP system, to improve workflow efficiencies, and shape organized data strategies across the business. You will also champion updates and changes with team members at Pack-Smart, making sure everyone understands the importance of the updates and utilizing them!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in ERP (or related) system integration (in manufacturing setting is a great asset).
• Experience with integrating CAD and ERP systems.
• Knowledge in Python programming preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL or experience with ERP data queries is a plus.
• Strong change management skills, educating cross-functional teams to use new application functions
