As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of payroll compliance, systems, and transformation. Partnering with internal teams and external providers, you’ll identify business needs, interpret complex legislation and enterprise agreements, and translate these into system requirements and process improvements. You’ll be responsible for developing business specifications, testing new system features, mapping current and future-state processes, and managing a pipeline of system updates and change requests.
You’ll be a key liaison between Payroll, IR, IT, and our outsource partners – ensuring Oracle HCM and Preceda Payroll systems are aligned and configured to deliver compliant payroll outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to BAU payroll success and the delivery of major transformation projects across the business.
