Commonwealth of Pennsylvania – Department of Health (DOH) Senior Business Analyst (PDMP) Position Overview This is advanced professional business analysis work supporting the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) within the Department of Health. The Senior Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to support system enhancements, ensure operational effectiveness, and deliver high-quality IT solutions aligned with Commonwealth standards. This position plays a critical role in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and SDLC support to enhance the PDMP system and improve service delivery across the Commonwealth.
