Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) within the Digital Services team of a healthcare organisation.
In this key role, you will provide expert analysis, insights, and recommendations to support the successful delivery of digital transformation projects.
The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring that business needs are understood, processes are optimised, and digital solutions align with the strategic goals of the healthcare institution.
Please Note: This is a Hybrid role with travel to our Birmingham and London offices as required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skills and significant experience working in a PMO environment supporting digital services.

BUSINESS ANALYSIS & REQUIREMENTS GATHERING:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders from clinical, administrative, and IT departments to gather detailed business requirements for digital projects.
  • Requirements Documentation: Translate business needs into clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
  • Gap Analysis: Perform gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired digital solutions, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Process Mapping & Optimisation: Create and analyse process maps, identifying areas for efficiency improvements and optimisation of healthcare workflows.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years working in a PMO or digital services team.
  • Proven experience in healthcare or a similarly regulated environment, with knowledge of healthcare & business systems, workflows, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong track record in supporting the delivery of digital transformation projects, particularly within healthcare or digital services teams.

EDUCATION:

  • Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or project management (e.g., MSP, Agile, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
