Job Summary:
Porter Airlines is executing a multi-year modernization of its core Flight Operations systems, transforming capabilities across Crew Operations, Airports, Flight Dispatch, Scheduling, and other essential operational domains. The new platform will replace legacy systems with advanced digital tools, streamlined workflows, and integrated data models, laying the foundation for long-term growth and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Manager, Business Analysis and Business Relations, the Senior Business Analyst is a critical role responsible for shaping, leading, and delivering business transformation across the program. This individual will define the future state of business operations, lead organizational change management, and ensure end-to-end business readiness, from process design and benefit realization to documentation and sustainment.
As a key leader in the Business Transformation & Change (BTC) practice, this individual will also coach other Business Analyst on the team and contribute to the maturing business analysis function at Porter, promoting discipline in quality control, requirements traceability, and transformation governance.
